It is on GitHub. Any claim on these two pages can be checked by reading the source — and that is worth more than any promise we could write here.

What the service is
GuildOS is an addon for World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Classic, a Discord bot and a site. It organises raids, keeps your guild's history and publishes a page anyone can open. It is offered as is and free today. If there is ever a charge, we say so beforehand — and what is already yours stays yours.
who can use ita Discord account is required — the minimum age is Discord's, we have no other. we are not affiliated with Blizzard or Discord.
03
What we expect from you
Publish only the roster that is yoursyou must be an officer of the guild you are publishing. uploading another guild's roster is not allowed.
Do not use the bot for spamraid announcements in the agreed channel, and nothing beyond that. mentioning everyone only when an officer asks for it.
Do not try to read another guild's dataisolation is per Discord server. probing at it is grounds for immediate suspension.
Write as if the guild were readingnotes about people and the text on the public page are seen by real people. we do not moderate every line, but we remove abuse when told about it.
04
The content is the guild's
The roster, the loot, the nights and the text you wrote belong to whoever published them. We host and display it, and we use none of it for anything else. If the guild leaves, we delete it at an officer's request.
Public showcasedefault · on
On, the roster and the character cards are visible to anyone with the link. Off, the pages come down and the tool keeps working on the inside.
Combat logdefault · off
On, the companion parses the log and keeps damage, healing and deaths per pull. Off, the parser does not run — and that is how every guild starts.
the public showcase publishes the real roster: character names, iLvl and attunement become visible to anyone. an officer turns it on for you, and any officer can turn it off. The full detail is on the privacy page.
05
Who sees what
Three layers, and each one sees everything the previous one sees plus its own slice. The gate into the second is sharing a Discord server with the guild; into the third, holding an officer role there.

Suspension, and the end of the service
We can suspend anyone who breaks the rules in section 03 — usually with a warning first, and without one when the abuse is plain. We can also shut the service down; in that case we give notice beforehand and find a way for you to download what is the guild's.
no guaranteeit is a small project running on a single machine. it can go down, it can be slow on a Tuesday at nine, it can have bugs. we promise no availability, and we are not answerable for a lost raid — organise knowing that.
07
How to leave and how to delete
Leaving a guildjust leave its Discord server: access drops immediately, and the characters you declared stay yours.
Removing the botan administrator removes the bot from the server. the announcements stop immediately.
Deleting what is the guild'sat an officer's request, through the ? or on Discord. we delete it and confirm.
deleting the whole account is on request today, and there is no button. It is written that way on the privacy page too, in those words.
